Our Previous Balance is $3057.75
Expenditures $600 – insurance
New Balance is $2507.75

Old Business

- The club has 21 paid members
- Talked to several different insurance companies and at the present time going to table insurance discussion for now.
- Going to check runway for some cracks that are still present after sealing.
- Spadfest – Jim is going to buy the paper products – John going to call for another porta potty

New Business

- Any member who wants to come out for Spadfest who wants to eat - we are needing a head count – so please let us know so we can plan accordingly! The cater needs to know!!
- John Milligan is getting a load of firewood
- Scott Spry is going to check on some shirts to be for sale for the club
- Discussion of time of meeting – some do not like the time – going to send a poll on meeting time
- PLEASE PLEASE let us know if you plan to come out and eat for spad fest!!!!! Please email or call Ben or Jim
